This video was taken last time I was in Miami January of this year. My Tia has a peacock visit at a certain time of the day to eat seeds. In the winter, it came at around 5:30pm everyday. Today, it still comes...but around 7:50. I'm pretty sure it stops by right before the sun sets. It's really amazing! Just yesterday, I saw it walking down the street on his way to her house.
